Title 24 energy documentation and coordination with separately retained engineers, where required. Engineering services and structural calculations are quoted separately and are not included in the design and permit fees.

We design and permit across Ventura and Santa Barbara County, and we know how each city’s plan check actually runs — Oxnard, Ventura, Camarillo, Santa Paula, Ojai and the unincorporated county.

3. Develop the design and permit drawings
We document existing conditions, prepare coordinated drawings, and manage submittals and plan-check responses as agreed. Required engineering is quoted separately; agency requirements and review timelines vary.
