Three Commercial Restrooms, Rebuilt for Daily Industrial Use

We rebuilt three commercial restrooms for WWL Vehicle Services Americas Inc., part of Wallenius Wilhelmsen, at their Oxnard land operation.

These are high-traffic restrooms in an industrial facility, so the brief was durability first: surfaces that clean easily, fixtures that survive constant use, and full code compliance. The finish had to look current without being fragile.

Design and Materials

Every surface was chosen for how it holds up, not how it photographs: porcelain tile on floors and walls, epoxy grout, stainless partitions and fittings throughout, LED ceiling lighting. The full specification is below.

Project Management

The project was run by Haluk Yazıcı, who coordinated the client, the design team and the trades, and brought it in on schedule.

Working With the Client

We worked directly with WWL’s operations team, so the layout follows how the building is actually used rather than how it draws. We take on commercial work of this kind across Ventura County.
