Vintage Charm Meets Contemporary Style

Fine Craftsmanship, Inc. is an architectural design and permitting office in Oxnard, California. This project was delivered before the office’s current structure.

One of their recent projects was the renovation of the Windsor model home at Yardley, PA, owned by Divya and Sudhir Singh. The Singhs wanted to update their home with a modern and elegant style while retaining its cozy and comfortable atmosphere. They entrusted Fine Craftsmanship INC. with the entire renovation project, from design to installation.

The primary focus of the project was the flooring, which covered all floors of the house with Vestige Natural Porcelain Tile. This tile is a multi-color matte porcelain tile resembling vintage carpets from the 19th century, with a fabric-like design and a slightly textured surface. It has faded floral motifs in shades of blue, green, yellow, white, and tawny. The tile measures 24 x 24 inches and requires prominent grout lines for a smoother transition.

The Vestige Natural Porcelain Tile added a touch of rustic charm and warmth to the house while creating a contrast with the sleek and modern furniture and fixtures. It was installed in different patterns and orientations throughout the house, creating visual interest and variety. The tile complemented the existing color scheme and decor of the house, enhancing its beauty and value.

Fine Craftsmanship INC. also performed other interior renovations for the house, such as painting, lighting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and cabinetry. They collaborated closely with the Singhs to understand their needs and preferences and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process. They followed all safety and quality standards and completed the project on time and within budget.

The result was a stunning transformation of the Windsor model home, reflecting the Singhs’ personality and lifestyle. Fine Craftsmanship INC. delivered a project that exceeded their expectations and made them proud of their home.
