Engineering and structural calculations are quoted separately and excluded from current design and permit fees. Construction requires a separate agreement identifying the responsible licensed contractor.

Send your project details — address, scope, any correspondence from the building department, and whatever drawings or photographs exist. We review it remotely and issue a fixed fee in writing, with everything outside it listed line by line. The site visit and 3D laser scan are the first production step and follow the signed agreement.
