ADU plans and design models

Eight pre‑drawn accessory dwelling units, a JADU conversion designed for a home in Ojai, and a kitchen and bedroom addition designed for a home in Thousand Oaks, and a garage conversion ADU designed for a home in Santa Paula. These are design models — the building as it will be, before a shovel goes in the ground.

Fine Craftsmanship, INC. prepares drawings and construction documents for ADUs, garage conversions, additions and remodels, and manages the permit process with the city from submittal through issuance. Construction, where the client wants it handled, is delivered by a licensed general contractor under a separate agreement.
